Headquarters (1639-1728)
They were formed in Sloboda Ukraine in XVII century as voivode offices. Their duty was to control towns and districts (uyezd). Were in charge of administrative, military, court, financial, estate issues. They were liquidated due to establishment of provinces in 1719.
Cases about: enslaving of Cossacks, reiters, peasants and other; assault, battery and robbery of inhabitants in Kharkiv by voivode; peasants' escape from landlords; labours' escape from Torsk lakes; search for Stepan Razin; rent of saltpetre and sheep factories; tax default from inhabitants of Mayak; increase in output of wool production; revealing of ore in Chuguev uyezd (district) and lands suitable for production of saltpetre in Chuguev, Kharkiv and Zmiev uyezd (districts).
Cases about: sending of labours for digging a channel between Vrohov and Neva; sale of English tobacco in customhouse and in Chuguev; sending of labours from Kharkiv and Chuguev to Azov, Valuyki, Voronezh, Kameniy Zaton and Taganrog; resettlement of some Chuguev inhabitants to Mayak; sending of carpenters, potters and other craftmen from Chuguev to Belgorod.
